Tomasz Olszewski

I don't just advise online stores. I build, own and run them.

Through Olszewski Digital I own and run my own e-commerce businesses. I turn traffic into profit — every decision, from ad spend to checkout, is mine, and so is the number at the end of it.

Behind Sana Polska and Blendtec Polska. Before that, a decade as Managing Director in corporate banking — Citi, ING, nationwide sales channels, 1,800+ partners, portfolio growth of +308%. 40,000+ customers acquired online since 2023.

How I work — four things I never hand off.

Own the funnel

Acquisition, conversion, retention — one person accountable for the whole journey and the revenue at the end of it. No gaps between the ad and the checkout.

Decide with data

Hotjar and GA4 — session recordings, heatmaps, funnel analysis, on-site UX audits. Behaviour becomes conversion rate optimization, not opinions.

Traffic into profit

Rankings and clicks are vanity until they convert. I optimize for the number that pays the bills: net profit, not visits.

Speed as a feature

Fast stores sell more. A slow page loses roughly one in four shoppers before it even appears — so I treat load time and Core Web Vitals as conversion levers, not a developer's afterthought.

What ties it all together isn't a channel or a tool. It's why people buy.

Most online stores have a traffic problem they don't know about: they already have enough visitors — they just can't convert them. I start on the other end. Not with the ads. With the money. Where exactly does the customer hesitate? What loads too slowly, reads as unclear, or feels untrustworthy between the first click and the paid order? That's where profit leaks. That's where I work first.

The tools I use are ordinary — Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Hotjar, GA4, WooCommerce. What isn't ordinary is refusing to treat any of them as the goal. Every tool, every campaign, every UX change serves one end: a better commercial decision that shows up in net profit, not in a dashboard nobody reads.

The message they see. The trust they build. The friction that stops them. The hard gap between vanity traffic and real revenue.

Before e-commerce, I spent a decade in corporate banking — Managing Director at Citi, nationwide sales channels, 1,800+ distribution partners. That's where I learned that sales at scale is a system, not a hack. I bring that discipline to online stores that most people treat as a side project.

Where the experience was actually earned.

From banking boardrooms to building online stores from zero — every role taught me something different about how sales really works.
